SHIPPING .

Orders ship within 2-7 business days. Pre-sales orders are shipped the next day.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY .

Our exchanges, returns and refunds policy follows the Consumer Protection Code. We ask that you read carefully and get in touch if you still have questions.

To make an exchange or return, go to the Exchanges and Returns page and contact us with your request.

REPLACEMENT .

The exchange request must be sent to our team by email or through the Exchanges and Returns page, providing the necessary data to identify the customer and order, as well as the reason for the exchange.

The deadline for making the request is up to 7 (seven) days, counting from the moment the goods are delivered. After the above period, the exchange request may or may not be accepted.

Once the exchange request is confirmed, the customer must send the products under the following conditions:

1. The product must be in new condition, with no signs of use or washing;

2. The order must contain all documents received;

3. The accessories must be intact, including labels, tags, cards and other items contained in the box.

Information for returning the order will be sent by email. After receiving the goods, the FBRC team . will perform an analysis to confirm the items listed above. If the product is approved, the exchange will be made.

In the case of exchanges, the FBRC . will provide an exchange voucher by email for the value of the order, which can be used for a new purchase.

If the returned product shows signs of use, odor, modifications, damage, or has had its tag removed, the return request will be denied.

The shipping cost for sending the exchange order will be covered by FBRC . , the type of service used will be informed during the exchange process, by email.

After the end of the stipulated period (7 days), the FBRC . is exempt from responsibility for exchange shipping. If an exchange request is approved after this period, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

DEVOLUTION .

To request a return, submit a request on the Exchanges and Returns page, with your details, order number and reason for return.

* Credit card purchases may take some invoices to be reversed.

REIMBURSEMENT .

The refund will be made via credit card refund or deposit into the bank account used by the customer.

The credit card refund will be made within 10 (ten) days after receiving the return.

Refund by bank deposit will occur within 15 (fifteen) days after receipt of the return.

For credit card refunds, it may take a few invoices for it to appear on the statement.
